The Sabrent 4TB Rocket 4 PLUS NVMe 4.0 Gen4 PCIe M.2 Internal SSD Extreme Performance Solid State Drive (SB-RKT4P-4TB) delivers all the advantages of flash disk technology with PCIe Gen4.0 x4 interface. Based on TLC NAND Flash memory, its performance speeds can reach up to 7100 MB/s (read) and 6600 MB/s (write) when using a PCIe Gen4 motherboard. Using a PCIe Gen3 Motherboard Speeds will reach up to 3400 MB/s (read) and 3000 MB/s (write). Power consumption is much lower than traditional hard drives, making it the best embedded solution for new systems. Sabrent gave the Rocket 4 a nice boost with the Plus model. This drive was able to get the closest to its class-leading, officially rated transfer speeds of 7,100 MB/s reads and 6,600 MB/s writes, making it the fastest consumer drive currently on the market.

    Easy to install, just follow the video up top. PS5 immediately responded to it. It lets you play straight from the SSD as if it were the consoles own memory. Can Set PS5 games to download to it. Took me all of 15 minutes to install it. Way better solution than external drive.

    I bought the 4TB with heatsink for my PS5 and after several months of usage it stopped working. My PS5 wasn’t able to detect it anymore. I contacted the seller from Amazon and was able to get a replacement under warranty. The process was simple and relatively fast. Received a replacement SSD within a couple of weeks, installed it in my PS5 and everything is working as expected. I’m 100% satisfied with the excellent customer service. I would buy from SABRENT again.
